• Contact and billing details you give us when you sign up: name, company, email, phone and payment details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers).
• Service usage data: call logs, messages, recordings and transcripts generated by your line, stored in your account for you to review.
• Technical website data: IP address, device type, pages visited and the cookies required for the site to work.

How we use the information

• To activate, operate, bill and support your line and any extras you add.
• To meet US carrier requirements, including registering your number for SMS messaging (A2P 10DLC).
• To send you notices about your account, changes to the service and, if you opt in, news from YaNerd.

SMS messages and consent

If you give us your number, you may receive text messages related to your account (confirmations, activation notices, support). Message frequency varies with your usage. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

Who we share data with

Only with the providers needed to run the service: the communication platform your line runs on, telephone carriers, our payment processor and support tools. All of them are required to protect your information. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to cancel your account, by writing to our support channel. We keep data while your account is active and for as long as the law or the carriers require.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with the updated date.
